Air Apply is a locally owned aerial application business based at the Warrnambool Airport in South West Victoria.
Air Apply was established back in 2003 by Troy Bentley who has a passion for flying and a keen interest in agriculture. From humble beginnings operating just one Cessna Agwagon C188b, Troy has built the business into the success it is today and along the way, he has developed a comprehensive local knowledge of aerial spraying operations to ensure the timely and precise outcomes tailored to his clients.
In 2006 as his business grew, Troy acquired another aircraft, a Gippsland Aeronautics “Fatman” and continued using this aircraft until it was replaced by a larger radial engine Airtractor in 2010. With a continuing growth in his business and the need for a higher capacity, Faster aircraft, Troy purchased a turbine powered Airtractor in 2017 which has allowed Air Apply to cover more area within the small windows of suitable weather often encountered in south west Victoria.
Air Apply still owns the two smaller aircraft which on occasions are utilised on smaller jobs.
